I like not having to carry canned cat food home from the store. The deliveries are prompt. However, I find that a few of the cans have dents in them.

The ordering process was smooth and my order was delivered quickly. The initial promotional price was good. Although, without the 1st order discount, the price was no longer cost effective. Sorry, I need to pinch pennies wherever I can. I will miss this service.

I love your program and have been getting dog food and treats through you for quite some time. The only thing stopping you from receiving 5 stars is the inability to overnight products. I live too far away from large towns to get the food I feed my babies in an emergency, but that's not the real issue. I foster basset hounds for Michigan Basset Rescue and can't usually anticipate when a special-needs hound may come into my home so can't keep special food on my shelf. When that happens, I have to work with the cheap food from the grocery store or pay out a great deal of money to my vet. I ordered special food 2 months ago, but by the time I received the food, I had purchased food through the vet. This is out of pocket and I don't make enough to be able to do that all the time. I also can't keep food on the shelf because it could expire by the time I need it. Please find a way to fix this issue. I am considering changing my dog food supplier because of this. I realize I'm only 1 person, but 1 person can make a difference. I know. I've been rescuing hounds for 12 years.

I find I always have to be careful when I schedule my shipment because I am on auto pay so it comes directly from my checking account. I used to schedule based on my paydays,,,,every other Friday, but then I found they charged my account 2 to 3 days earlier which caused an overdraft to my account. I suggest when scheduling you schedule 2 to 3 days forward from when you want it deducted. Other than this hiccup which has caught me off guard twice and cost me 35,00 in O.D. charges each time,,,I like the product, I have never been outed and it arrives via Fed Ex which is nice.

I appreciate the service PetFlow provides. They are quick and efficient in order and delivery. I just wish their prices were a little lower, but I know they can't always control that.
