PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I like Petflow for more than the ease of delivery and prices. The ability to compare pet brand ingredients means everything to me. We have a multi-pet house with varied age ranges. Each animal deserves the best nutrition for their health and ages. Two of our cats have sensitive intestinal reactions with too much protein. I can pick out the best choices and compare nutrients in each brand by using Petflow's easy online brand selection options. If I need help, Petflow has great customer service by phone or online chat while I am shopping. I can change my brands and delivery needs with ease.

Easy to order from website. The order was delivered quickly. Will use again.

happy with service and price

Service has been great the few times I have ordered. On time, correct order. The last time my order was processed a little slow, but it was the week between Christmas and New Years, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I would recommend this service to anyone with pets.

Overall I love the service. There were a couple times they were out of stock of the food that I had scheduled. But not having to make an extra trip to the store for dog food and the peace of mind that I have of knowing that I will always have what my dog needs delivered to my door is great! I had a pet sitter stay at my house while I was gone for 10 days. She called and said she had used the last of the dog food that morning. I told her that a new bag of dog food had been delivered two days before and was on the front porch. No worries!

Having our dogfood shipped to our door makes it so much easier for us. We are senior citizens who are also handicapped. We love our pets. Petflow helps us so much. I had to change catfood brands though, and unfortunately, Petflow doesn't carry the brand we had to change to. If they did, we would also buy that from them.

The shiiping is mucher better than befor.Just 1 can dented.

PetFlow is really convenient and now have great service. in the beginning I had a problem when they shipped several cases of canned dog food in one box. Needless to say, some of the cans were damaged. They immediately credited my account. Nice! Another time they cancelled my entire order due to the unavailability of one item without even contacting me!!! Naturally I was irate cancelled my account. I received a nice apology from them indicating they were rectifying the situation and wanted me to give them another chance. They really are convenient and the last few orders went flawlessly. /the prices and selection are great and the shipping is free for me due to the size of my order and I receive my items within a week.
