Ordered food to be shipped on a specific date no email no food no tracking When the food was so late I called and they said they had an issue with power and it will be shipped in 2 days. That is 5 days after the original ship date. I felt like at the least I should have received an email letting me know. I had to look up a holistic pet store near me and luckily they had my brand. I was on vacation not familiar with the area. No apology When I called just asked if I would like to cancel.

Ordered cat food and did auto ship. Got one delivery and after that was told backordered. I was able to get it elsewhere.....

Delivery issues? Took almost 3 weeks to get the order.

Long delay in shipping without explanation or tracking info.

Was disappointed with shipping. Box arrived a day later than expected because it apparently came apart during transport. I could see that it was retaped and all of the cushioning air buffers were flattened. Luckily the bag of kibble hadn’t burst, but because it arrived late I had to find a store locally where I could buy a small bag so my dog could eat.

I ordered wet canned cat food and they sent dry food

We ordered items for our dog plus a prescription item on 7/23 - we received the prescription item before the other items we received the other items on 8/3 - very disappointed with the delay and no communication of delay.
