Shopping is easy. It is great to know my little furry friend always has food especially when I am unable to get out to go shopping. It is so convenient and there is plenty of variety. Good job.

I love not having to worry about regular trips to the local pet store to buy and lugg home heavy bags of food for 6 cats. My only criticism is I wish they acccepted manufacturer's coupons.

The only drawback to my order from Petflow is that I have to order such huge quantities to make it monetarily worthwhile. I would prefer shopping for a half case of food(making it a whole case of two different flavors or brands) rather than a whole case with all the same flavor. Cats are usually a bit finicky and like to change up their food, so 24 cans of the same food is too much.

I like the ease with which we get the food. However, i wish it was easier to change to a different type of food if you want. It's almost too hard or a hassle to change if you want.

The website is user friendly and auto-refills make getting regular shipments easy. My only problem is that my card is charged sometimes 2 days before the food is packaged and shipped. This means that the dog food can take almost 5 to 6 days to arrive at your door from time of purchase/check out.

A little higher price than buying locally, but convenient. Fast shipping.

On several occasions I have been notified of shipment and then get a notification that item is out of stock. Other than that type of concern, I think the program is great and easy for pet owners!!

I really appreciate having heavy cans/ bags of dog food delivered right to my door. This is my second order from Petflow it was just a little slower than the first but still came in a very reasonable amount of time. My only concern, the box of treats that I ordered was smashed but the treats inside the box were in a bag and they were fine.
