Ordering was easy. Delivering was fast. Package came packed well. Some of the prices are better than others. Have to look around and compare each ite,. for best price!

I buy in bulk for my crew of 11 cats and 3 dogs and donations, primarily canned foods. It arrives within a week of placing my order with free shipping. There is only one problem. Frequently there are 2 or 3 cans that are crushed and open. This is more than likely a UPS problem than Petflow's. I still recommend it.

The packaging used for shipment should have compartments for the small treat bags. When I order canned food and treats, the treats arrived crushed due to the weight of the canned food. Our cats don't mind the crushed treats but the human does.

Great product & price. Really convenient. I was a little disappointed that they waited until the day the food was supposed to ship before they notified me that they were out. It would have been more convenient if they would have given me a chance to choose a different flavor instead of not shipping any.

I find it especially convenient to have standing orders available for dog food. Customer Service always attentive, courteous and helpful.

I love your service and find it so much easier because I am a dog breeder and use a lot of dog food. However, I find that I have problems trying to change my order on line. My dogs are fussy eaters and I need to change the food almost every month. This is difficult to do online. Also, I find that some of the food that is available at Pet Smart, the dogs absolutely love, but it is not available on Pet Flow. This is a real bummer since I had to go to another outlet who delivers dog food to get what the dogs like to eat. Other than that, I love the fast service that I get from Pet Flow.

I have set up our delivery for every 3 weeks and they are prompt and professional with corresponding via email.

There is a lot of variety in the choices of cat food. It shipped quickly. The only problem I had was the search wasn't easy to use, but maybe I just need to get used to it.
