I have overall been very happy with my experience with Petflow. The food always arrives when they say it will and it is in top notch condition. I like the fact that I can skip a month if I need to without any hassle from the company. While they offer a very wide variety of dog and cat foods, they do not offer all the ones I need for my pets, which means I still have to go out and buy food occasionally. Also I have found it is not easy to change my order on line, but I have no problem changing it if I actually talk to a real human. Even with these two minor glitches, I like doing business with Petflow.

Great product, fast delivery - slightly higher price than competitors.

Not having to worry about running out of dog food is great. Their website could use a good deal of work finding products I'd like. Sorting/filtering seems to not often work. Would like to see user reviews/ratings like on Amazon. Not very good selection of popular brands of food & treats.

Petflow is very easy to set up,order, and edit orders. The one problem I have is that the food arrives over a week later than I am expecting it. I had to start ordering an extra bag per month to ensure that I don't run out of food .

I love that my dog food is delivered automatically do I don't have to worry about running out of food before I can get to store. The cost is the same as at store and I don't pay delivery charge

reliable service except..shipping dept. needs to tape AROUND THE BOX MORE THAN ONCE IF YOU ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO PUT ALL DOG FOOD BAGS IN ONE LARGE BOX. Boxes are so heavy they open when delivery persons lift by the tape areas. i have had 3 deliverys arrive partly open., and in one a bag was missing.(see my history. you had to replace it). Either double wrap tape on boxes or dont make them so heavy.

Product is fairly priced & mostly delivered as promised. However, often out of diet product that is ordered. Causing delay in order being sent.

I had a really hard time transferring our shipments to our new address after we moved. It seems like it should be easier to change an address, but the directions on the site aren't clear. Other than a poorly organized account management portion of the website, I LOVE Petflow! It's so nice to save by buying the 50 lb bag of dog food and just have to drag it in from the hall. The stores don't even carry the big bags, let alone at these prices! And I love that our favorite treats come, too. If they're out of an item, they reimburse us automatically. Customer service is 100% awesome.
