We ordered a big bag of dry dog food (we had a Groupon for $30, for which we paid $15, so with the flat $5 shipping it was ultimately like getting $10 off) and while it was shipped quickly, it went to my PO Box, which was the billing address, instead of the specified shipping address. Obviously they couldn't deliver it to a PO Box, so it got sent to my old address and my friend had to lug it over to us.

I like PetFlow because it is one less errand I have to run on a busy weekend. They have a variety of brands which is helpful because I have a finicky dog. I like being able to schedule a delivery and modify the contents depending what I have left over from the previous shipment. The cost of shipping is sweet too.

Love your prices. The ordering process was easy and shipped promptly. I have two 90 pound dogs who need special food and they eat alot. The tape on the box came off during shipments but fortunately the bags of dog food were intact. Since I haven't opened the bags yet, I'm reserving the 5 star rating for my next transaction, but its looking good.

Lowering the prices is always a good.

They hit my card 3 days before shipping. That bothered me. They shouldn't do that until it is ready to ship. Other than that it arrived in 3 days. The whole transaction was 7 days.

Packaging of shipments improving...But deliveries are as requested/quick. Overall good to deal with and very responsive.

had a little trouble with the first order (not getting here), but upon calling cust. service they listened and have not had any problem at all since then, and i can go in to web and change prod. or dates or even cancel! this saves my husband and i time, gas $ and spending more because if we go to store we would pick up more than we went for ! the nearest store to us is about 25 miles away.

The only reason that I did give it a 5 star is that navigating the site is a wee bit harder than it should be . Especially changing an monthly order. Other than that I am satisfied. Have you ever considered volume discounts?
