It's easy to change and adjust my delivery set up. I can add or change the food and delivery date. I can also take something away from an order (if I were overstocked on cat food, I can remove that and add it again later). There could be MORE options, I want the option to delay one part of my order for a couple weeks or until next month without having to do the whole order. The prices are equivalent to our local pet stores on the food we were already purchasing because we had a code for free delivery on recurring purchases. Some foods were less even without the free delivery, but our particular dog food was the same. Our cat food is cheaper from them. I'm disappointed they don't have the Yesterday's News cat litter. I keep hoping they will add it so I can stop making that last trip to the pet store!!

There was a mix-up in my order, I got a flavor of cat food I didn't want and I was missing one that I did want. The shipment arrived on a Sat., and I sent off a quick email to customer service on Sunday. Got my answer in the next days email and the situation was resolved. Fast and Friendly Customer Service, it's as important as the convenience to me and PetFlow fits the bill.

I use PetFlow for cat food and am pleased with the prices and delivery service. However, every order except 1 has been missing items and I have had to call a few times to straighten it out. Customer service was very good. I then go to my local pet store to purchase the item. Part of the reason I joined was to avoid having to go to the pet store. I don't quite understand why PetFlow cannot get the food I order and my local pet store can.

Program works well. PetFlow delivers on time and fixes any minor snafus quickly. I particularily like the way I can change the content or delivery dates between orders. I've had a couple of problems with FedEx, which is notoriously problematic in my particular area. Once they dropped the package off a block away at a house that was a reversal of my address numbers. By luck the folks there were personal friends or I would never have found my food or been able to prove what happened because FedEx processed it as "delivery completed." Ocassionally the package is treated roughly in transit so that once a can popped and the food leaked and was already decaying by the time I got it. Price, initially low, has gone up way beyond Petsmart's, but in line with Safeway's. I buy from PetFlow for the convenience of having the heavy carton carried up my stairs and dropped at my front door.

The prices are great and love having my dogs food automatically sent to my home!

I have been getting my dogs and cats pet food from Petflow for the last 3 years.It saves me a lot of time and trouble of running to the store and finding the food and standing in line, then lifting it again into the car, and then lifting it again to take it out of the car. I have 5 dogs so i get the 30lb bags and they are heavy. I had one incident where one of the little bags of dog food had a small opening at the top and some of the food was out. I emailed them and told them i was not going to use it and i wanted a new bag. They said no problem and I had a new bag in a few days. I also like that you can control your orders, if you want to skip a shipment you can go into your account and take care of that, as well as change your order before your next delivery. Customer service is very helpful and i have also used the chat now service and they were able to help me quickly.

The selection of cat food brands is good. They usually always have everything in stock that I need, except this last time. Though, when I ordered on line, it said it was IN stock, but did not arrived. However, I was not charged for that item. Prices are higher than Walmart or Pet Supplies Plus, the the extra money that it cost, saves me time and hassles at the store, and a lot less lifting of cases of cat food. :)

not so much for cat litter. I've cancelled my order for cat litter because 4 out of 5 times the delivery box leaked before opened for use.
