All is basically great but somehow ended up on a scheduled delivery which was never readily confirmed with me and was hard to determine since orders were split up to begin with due to out of stock ... resolved the issue however

Nice to have my big bag of dog food delivered to the house. My only qualm is I had this set up for a particular day, and they billed me a day earlier than they should have. For those on a tight budget, that can make a big difference.

Having my dogs grub delivered to my front door rocks! It's easy to adjust the delivery schedule to have it there when you need it. The shipping is quick and has been very dependable and the customer service has been great when I have needed it. They resolved my issues quickly via an online chat. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because the cost of the food has gone up a couple of times since I signed up around a year ago. I realize the manufacturer is the one raising the price but I'd like a notification from Petflow prior to my credit card being charged.

I've had a lot of trouble obtaining my pet's food, now it's delivered to my doorstep on a schedule. A perfect service.

I have had a generally good experience with the company. Had some issues while using the Groupon deal but overall not bad. I do wish that the prices were a bit more competitive. The options are numerous with food but, wish that the options for the chew hides are not so generous.

Ordering quite easy. order arrived within time frame stated. One detail I was surprised by, 1 Large bag of dog food was past a few days "best by" date. Order was left at front gate to our house protected from the rain by a large plastic bag and off the ground as much as possible. Driver obviously put forth effort to protect this order. Will use service again. This really is the easiest way to get your pets supplies.

A stroke has made it difficult for me to bring home X weeks of cans and treats from the store. Petflow is a pleasure and ontime. But purchase must be in dozen lots. It would be perfect if I could buy odd lots occasionally, to never be short a can or two. All in all, though, it's great.
