It is so easy to get my pet's prescription food shipped to me with petflow and I love the free shipping with my auto- order. That is the feature that convinced me to sign up for auto shipments. I only had one little glitch on the second order, but the customer service representative fixed the issue quickly and I have had no other problems. I am happy with the service.

I had an order shipped to my daughter's home in Michigan,while I was visiting.The post office attempted delivery while no one was home.It was a no signature order,and during the Holiday season,I understand that packages were being stolen that were left on porches,so I can see why they didn't leave it,but they should have left an attempted delivery notice,or tried the next day.Instead,they sent it back to Petflow.I called Petflow,and was told it would be delivered to my home in St.Louis,Mo.,but when I tracked it,it was headed back to Michigan.Had to call Petflow again to straighten it all out.Took almost a month to finally get prescription food for my cat,when it usually takes 4-5 days.

I've been a PetFlow user since their first ad push on Reddit. They deliver my cats' food regularly, for lower cost than the local stores - they reduce their charges as they increase their shipments and get better deals from suppliers. Their web site makes it easy to change shipping schedules, like slipping the schedule a week when I have extra food from previous weeks at home.

Great experience. The only thing I would want them to change is their delivery boxes are too heavy-- I have to unpack it on my porch.

Service is good but sometimes the shipping schedule is a bit odd. I just have to keep an eye out to make sure the food ships when it is supposed to. Also make sure you check the expiration date of the food you receive...I have received expired food and treats before.

I don't remember signing up for automatic delivery, but it was convenient to have the next shipment arrived when it did.
