Boxes poorly boxed for shipping.

Took a long time to get order, Ran out of dog food waiting for order. Had to call several times to have them locate order.

I was missing the topper for the dog food which was purchased the same as the dog food. I have been waiting to hear from you Thank you

Shipping can be really slow and FedEx often delivers mishandled and damaged boxes. Another problem is when ordering something the website will give the impression the item is in stock, then I will get a message some time later, it’s not in stock with no date of when it will arrive which puts me in a bind.

Well I was hoping to be able to rely on PetFlow, but on my first order an item showed available, but was not and I didn't find out until I sent two emails inquiring about it. Poor communication and slow on delivery. I'll be sticking with Chewy for now.

The product was the correct one.......it was delivered in a timely fashion..........the packaging, however, was not very good..........one of the 33# bags split completely open and had pieces of the dog food all over the box. So, the reality is that I ordered 2 bags of dog food and received 1.5 with the rest loose in the box and had to be thrown away.

Not very good. I switched to PetFlow from Chewy for my cat food. I have it auto ship come to find out they don't ship partial orders or tell you that an item is not in stock so so cat food. I had to get it from another source. May not use them again.

Product and relatively prompt delivery seems to be stable. Web site needs work. Not easy to navigate when it comes to quick re-orders. Also some of the dog food cans are dented and make stacking a pain.
