The prices were only slightly below the prices in the stores. If I didn't have free shipping, I don't think I would have placed my order.

I like the automatic delivery and ability to adjut my order if it need to add or take sometimg off.

I actually had a small problem placing my order, I was using a Groupon and the Petflow website wouldnt accept the redemption code. I contacted customer service and they were very nice. It took a while to fix the problem but by the end of the day I was able to place the order. The shipping is a decent, the and my product was packaged well. The service is a bit expensive for me to use without a discount, but if another deal were done on Groupon I would order again.

Very happy with the service. Just wish the shipping was free since I signed up to the automatic delivery. Thought I read somewhere that you get free delivery if you signed up for auto-delivery. I guess I was mistaken.

I like that I do not have to go to the store (Petco) to buy the food that I want for my dog. The service is easy to use and I like the feature that lets me move the delivery forward or backward, as my needs dictate. My plan for now is to continue to use Petflow. An increase in pricing or change in service could cause me to re-evaluate my decision to continue.

I have a horrible back and cannot lift heavy loads of litter and food. This service is a godsend to me. Please don't ever stop. The only reason why i didn't rate it five stars is because it needs more products and consistently. I feed my cat only w/d dry cat food from The Hills Science Diet and i never know what size it will be available in or if it will be available at all any given month. Still, i am very thankful for the service overall.

PetFlow is a good service for folks who order online. Their method of maintaining your order and letting you set up delivery dates for when you want is great. Instead of going online every month and placing an order, you set a date and the order is sent automatically. Then you tell them when you want subsequent deliveries to be made.Their prices are competitive; S/H price is great and they deliver quick. My only gripe is the way brands will disappear. There isn't any notice when something you order all the time is no longer carried. The only way you'll find out is when your shipment notice is sent and you see that something is wrong. Then you'll have to go into the system, find another product and change things. Other than that, it's a good site to deal with.

Thought Petflow.com did a great job. Found the food I needed and it was delivered in a just a couple days. They have a good variety to pick from as well. I do feel that the website could be a little more user friendly. All in all, a good experience.
