I get the notice that it is coming in a week, I get the notice it has shipped and it arrives.. Pretty straight forward. I have had the need to change the ship date on occasions and the shipment has been changed as requested. I am a satisfied customer. Having 3 very large (1 giant) dogs it is hard to predict just how much food we need. I can make adjustments in the shipping dates as needed. This is so much nicer than having to haul bags in and out of the trunk

Love the convenience of being able to just select what I want and have it shipped to me. I love the company and have found the customer service reps to be great. Prices are competitive as well. My only issues have been with how the items are packed for shipping. They don't always use enough of, or the proper materials to package the items. Have had damaged items in the past.

Just joined Petflow and the order was damaged. It was resolved with no hassle and replaced with undamaged product. It doesn't get better than that.

I would always put off going to buy their food because it was out of the way and more than once I ran out. Now that I'm on a regular schedule with PetFlow, I don't have that problem any longer. When I got a 3rd dog, it took me a while to adjust to the new delivery schedule and it was very easy to move the shipping date on the website. Although I pretty much stay with one particular type of dog food, I like the variety they offer. My only concern with PetFlow is that they increased the price by about $5 per month with no notification. When I questioned the price I was paying, they suddenly decided that there was a new price reduction and brought the price down to about $2 higher than previous billings. This seemed suspicious to me. If I hadn't questioned the increased price, I wonder if they would have given the discount and why didn't they notify me in advance? Other than that, the food is always fresh and delivery is reliable.

Prompt attention with timely shipments. Free ship on larger orders a real plus when comparing pricing. Poor delivery man lugs it up to my second floor condo. My last shipment was sent without any notification to me of a price increase and there appear to be two increases very close together of amounts that will have me do comparative shopping once again however. Results not known yet.

The only reason I am giving it four stars is because they need to have a wish list or a favorites list. Otherwise, the experience was great.

I see you carry a lot of Blue Cow, but not Adult Sensitive Stomach with LifeSource Bits in a bag with Natural Chicken Recipe. Also you need an easy way to setup more than one scheduling option as my bagged foods need replacing once a quarter, not once a month like my canned food.
