Very good service. I highly recommend.

I like to have the order coming on a regular basis without having to reorder. However, my one problem is that I have gone in several times to try to change the order (the cats like some of the food better than others and I need to have the order slightly larger) and can never figure out how to make the changes.

Found the site online. I gave it a try, and Liked it. Fair price,and fast service.

I highly recommend Pet Flow - if you're not able to lift large bags and cases of food, they're totally worth it! Their prices aren't very competitive, however - the free shipping makes up for slightly higher prices. I've already had a few things out of stock when I ordered (most recently 2 items in one shipment) - this is where they need some improvement - real time availability like PetFoodDirect would be a great added feature to their site. Overall, a fantastic company with excellent customer service.

Delivers on time & good condition. Only slight concern is treats we feed our pups often come in box but many are broken. The convenience far outweighs the slight glitch of a few broken treats.

This is really a very convenient service. The only drawback is that it is sometimes difficult to make changes to future orders on the automatic purchase level.

I love the choices, the prices are fair, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish the shipping was faster
