wide range of specialty foods that can't be bought just anywhere, free shipping is awesome but the prices change too often. Would recommend but be prepared for an increase in prices. Great return policy

I am trying petflow to save on gas, and to try a few other good dog foods!!! Service so far is good, and dogs like the food. Blue Buffalo is a favorite and the Merrick. Prices comparable, treat prices seem to be really good as well. Cat food prices are higher than Petsmart & Petco, any of the better foods. Which was disappointing, I would have ordered that as well, but all was to high. Thank you.

It is really nice to have my dog's canned food delivered to the door. The price is slightly better than in our store if you buy enough to qualify for free shipping. I have had some problem with the web site. I think some of it is just me, but there are almost too many choices. Maybe they need to organize it differently. The other more frustrating problem is that the cans of Blue Buffalo arrive badly dented. Only once or twice have we seen dents in the shipping carton. The cause seems to be the packing and box. We also can't always find the broken/dented cans until we take the case of cans apart. Petflow has been quick to refund us for the unusable cans. i don't know about every can in the latest delivery. They were packed in a smaller box with less space so they don't slide around so I think they are working on the problem.

I have been extremely pleased ordering my dog food from petflow. The service is very fast and I don't have to worry about going out to the store to pick it up and the prices are great. Only one problem I had. When I ordered dog biscuits the arrived all broken, due to the fact they were loose in the box and not packed with packing material to prevent them from bouncing around and getting broken.

Your order arrives when they say (or sooner) and if there's a problem they fix it immediately and without any hassle.

It seems a bit pricy to me but other than that I love it.
