This was a wonderful find for us in the end. Our work hours can be crazy so this has solved our rushing to the store issue. They always ship next day and the food is always there in the next day or two. I'm unsure if that's just luck or they are that fast for everyone. It also takes a few tries to adjust to the right timing of the deliveries. My only two issues with the system and the chat support said they were working on it is you can't add extras to a scheduled order. You either have to make a separate order or ask the chat support to add the item to your next delivery. The second issue is when I wanted to create a new delivery system for some of their hip pills the timer didn't go past a certain amount of weeks and they don't go through their meds that fast. That is mostly a personal issue but it would be helpful to have the longer delivery system. All in all I am satisfied. I know all programs will have their issues and I feel these two are minimal compared to what others have.

Fantastic to have the food delivered to the door, especially with multiple dogs (I have 6). They bill day before shipping which should be cleared up for folks who schedule their shipping on payday (like me). Great selection, they have always been on time, great customer service. There are other online dog food delivery services that are beating your prices. That needs to be fixed!

I am quite pleased with the pet flow service, and appreciate the ability to change your order, as well as the delivery times.if you wish The only question that I have, is why sometimes it only takes one day for your dog food to arrive, and then the next month it could take 5 days to receive the food. It makes it a bit difficult should the dog food supply run low, or to anticipate when the order will arrive..

I appreciate the competitive pricing, the fast turn-around, and the free shipping over a certain amount. I also like the flexibility regarding delivery schedules. What I'd appreciate even more is e-mail notification of special discounts or of coupons that apply to the food I always buy!

The initial cost was very competitive with local stores. However, the current price is no longer competitive on either the food or the bully sticks. Price increases for the treats were not made known until the shipping invoice was reviewed. Will have to seriously consider whether or not to continue with this service at the current prices.
