So far I've received two orders and it has been great! I'm getting a brand of food that isn't conveniently available to me, so it saves me a lot of time having it delivered right to my door. Both of my deliveries have been exactly what I ordered and arrived when they were suppose to. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because of the pricing of my future orders. In three orders my price increases $12.00 w/o any explanation. At first I thought Petflow knew of an upcoming price increase but if I mess around with the times the price increase stays with my third order regardless of when it is. Then I noticed that my fourth order goes down, $8.00 from the cost of the third order, still $4.00 more than the first few orders. I find this all a bit disconcerting, and it might have an impact on my future with petflow. The new prices aren't necessarily a deal breaker but it has raised some questions for me.

Prices seemed about the same as other sites, but ordering was easy and it arrived the next day.

Slightly pricey. I expect a little lower prices from an internet company. The food ends up costing me the same, it's just that petflow food shows up on my doorstep and I never run out! So far--love it!

The only problem I've ever had with PetFlow is they were out of a product that I had ordered. This delayed delivery for one week. That only happened once. All the other orders have come - perfectly packed - nothing missing... very quickly.

Love petflow.com! Even with shipping, it ends up being cheaper (not mention easier) than going to the pet store.

I love the convenience and ease of shipping with this company. I order my dogs prescription dry dog food and my cats food. I wish they had small cans of wet dog food because I still have to go to the store to purchase Mighty Dog in the small containers as I mix just alittle with my dogs dry food.

I called PetFlow to get two more type of food from them. The brand was Hills science diet. The operator told me that right now they are searching for a new supplier of this brand. I was glad to hear that they would not take my order unless they new they could fulfill it. Some places would of taken the order and let up hand out there until they found a new supplier. I glad to find out that PetFlow is not that way and think of their customers first.

Petflow.com is a very convenient website to purchase dog/cat food delivered right to your door and usally free shipping. The order arrives in a timely manner and saves trips to the petstore. Availability is good with all varieties and name brands of food available. Glad I found it. The only con I can think of is that some of the pet foods are a little over priced.
