This really saves trips to the store, products are good and so is the service

Pretty easy to use. Prices are fair - not the best, but pretty good. And I like their choice selection for organic foods and cat litters. Sometimes, they don't have things in stock but don't list that on the site - so it can be frustrating; but their customer service is very good.

good quality products, prices are average to a little bit above average.. often they are out of stock of items that I have ordered before.. Its annoying that they don't post in the webpage that they are out of stock but instead they just remove the item completely... I prefer other sites but I comeback to this one because of the superb fast shipment.

I was thinking I needed to order cat food. A notice arrived and soon the cat food arrived. My mind is short and I need notes, calendars and telephone reminders or I would never get somethings done. I like the service.

I like the service overall, however I get mulitple bags of pet food and when they ship them together, there is always one broken open. Just a pain sometimes to have to scoop the food back into the bag. Also, you have to watch their automatic delivery, they will send you some food in a quick quick, sometimes even a day before your schedule. But I like the fact that I can change the date to be delivered at any time and that my huge bags of dog food are delivered to my house. Musch easier to sit at your desk and tell them to bring you you're pets food.

Setting up account and ordering was extremely user friendly. Nice to know that we can tweak our frequency at anytime just by logging in to our account should we need more or less dog food in future orders. Shipment came quicker than we thought but was so convenient having two 30lb bags of dog food arrive on our doorstep! The only problem we encountered was a small rip on the bottom of one bag. We didn't notice it until both shepherds were trailing behind us picking up the pieces as they popped out of the bag. Also do not understand why there was a small piece of bubble wrap at the bottom of the box. Would prefer not receiving the extra non-decomposing waste that really served no purpose. The box at least can be composted and/or recycled. Overall, satisfied with first delivery.

Makes purchasing my dog's food much easier. Good service and customer care.
