It was very easy to order online and the shipment arrived within three days - much faster than expected. This was my first order from Petflow.

Petflow.com is a great service for anyone who is busy. I always seems to find myself at the bottom of the empty dog food bag on a Sunday night....where to find food for pooch? With pet flow.com, I never have to worry about running out of dog food or treats!

Petflow's customer service is wonderful. There have been a few glitches in our deliveries, but overall the service is great. Not saving as much money as when I originally started over a year ago... but I'm still saving time and energy!

Super convenient just don't think we r going to keep using pet flow cause our dog food went up. We were already paying $2 more a bag then our local pet store.

This place has a nice selection of food and treats for dogs as well as good prices. The only thing that somewhat bothers me about buying from them is a lot of the products seem beat up when you receive them. The cans are dented and when I buy dog cookies and other boxed items from them, the boxes look like they have gone through the war. I have only ordered from them twice and had this problem both times. I guess it's not really a big deal, it's just that I'm use to getting things in better condition when I order from other places.

I've been ordering my dog food from PetFlow.com for 7 months now. In that time the price has climbed from $59.99 all the way to $65.99 per 26# bag. While I understand that manufacturer costs will drive prices, it seems they have been just a little too quick to pass this onto the consumer. I'll give it another few months & see if the price holds - otherwise I'll need to find a different source for my food. The customer service has been very helpful and I've always gotten my shipments on time. I also like the fact they notify me before charging my credit card.

I ended up cancelling part of my order (dog biscuits) because I notified them once that they should not pack the biscuits with the large bags of dog food since they come in all crumbled. They did replace the order however the next automatic shipment, the same thing happened. I decided that even though the cost was more reasonable then at the Pet store, it really was more costly since they are always all crushed. Other than that, I LOVE having the dog food (big bags) delivered. I'm nearing senior citizens status and I just can't lug those bags anymore. So that part is great and I have recommended you to my friends.

I love the idea of having a set number of bags of dog food delivered on a schedule, and for flat-rate shipping. I love PetFlow.com's prices and the customer service by phone. I do wish it were a little easier to make changes to the order online. It looks easy, but sometimes, it won't take my changes.
