Love the convenience of getting dog food at a certain time every month without having to go out to a store. However, I also ordered dog treats for our one dog and they never have them. Also the price of the dogfood I get increased with the second shipment - very disappointing!

I find Petflow an excellent company overall, makes getting cat food so much easier for me, having it delivered to my door on a regular schedule that meets my needs. Only tweek I would give it, and thus the 4 stars, is it seems, when I go into the system to adjust my account, add a new food or litter, or delete one the cats are tired of eating, my schedule then goes kaput or re-adjusts itself in a way that doesn't meet my needs. So, have to contact the help line and get them to correct it for me. Other than that, I am 5 stars all the way and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to have to worry about cat/dog food or cat litter. Just mark the delivery date on your calendar!

Overall, a good company. We had a missing shipment that took over a week to correct causing us to find our food brand elsewhere. Shipping schedule is tricky, but feasible.

My experience with Petflow has been good. Other than one time when there was a problem with the shipment, I have always received my order on time. The customer service has always been great.

One of the few places I can find my dog's favorite food. I love having automatic shipments and so easy to change them if I need to.

The only problem I have is the packaging. The boxes the products are shipped in are too heavy and come damaged and partially open. The tape doesn't seem to hold very well. I've cut back my order because 2 30 lb. bags of dog food plus 2 7 lb bags of cat food are too heavy for me to handle in one box. If this can be remedied, I would happily increase my order again

The service is great, the website easy to use. My only hesitation is that shipping options are a little weak and actual shipping a little unpredictable. I wish the former had a little more flexibility and the latter a little less! :) But, the prices are fair, the selection unbeatable, and Petflow saves me from driving across town to the specialty pet store to buy quality products not stocked at the local big box pet store. After perhaps a year of using the service, I'm certainly not looking for other options. I'm happy, so is my dog!
