Great service..Love not having to haul heavy dog food bags from store to car to home. My dogs have food allergies and need special food and PETFLOW has a great selection

They have the best selection and prices I've found online, much cheaper than I can buy it locally. The only problem is that they do tie up your money for longer than most online companies. They charge your credit card, then start packing the order for two days. If everything is in stock, they will ship in about two days after charging your card. The actual delivery is fairly quick (about 2 days to my location). Order a couple of weeks early, to be safe.

Reasonable prices, convenient service

PetFlow has reasonable prices and and an outstanding selection. You can find product here that you can't find in the stores. The website can be a little difficult to navigate because of the large number of products available, but you can have them shipped out automatically if you'd like.

The food products are great , but the litter is priced higher than in the stores.

PetFlow offers a great service with a good variety of pet supplies, good prices and free shipping, which is a bonus. Their auto-ship program is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is they tend to send all the items in one box (and I have a large monthly order) and many times the box is too heavy to lift and sometimes the box is battered and ripped - so I am not sure who they contract with to do their deliveries. Otherwise, I am happy with their service and it is a convenience I enjoy.

Most of the products are competitively priced, but I wouldn't buy my cat litter from them anymore. Price of that is jacked up a bit to pad for shipping cost. The best thing about this company is their free or low cost shipping. But you have to be careful that you are not paying for it hidden in the price of the products. I will add that many of the boxes containing the products arrive in very bad shape. Some are split open at the corners, or poorly taped on top. I would also like to see them add more products, other than the ultra priced lines. I emailed them about adding a product I really needed (and bought a lot of), but they haven't added it. I understand that the probably can't carry everything, but Pro Plan cat food is a pretty common brand. The reminders they send about upcoming shipments are helpful. It can be tricky, however, to edit upcoming shipments and adjusti shipping dates. This needs to be made much easier to navigate. An inexperienced user may have all kinds of orders showing up, no doubt to the delight of the company shipping them. So, in fairness and responsibility to the consumer, editing needs to be clear cut and worded carefully and precisely, and not in the language of the company.

Since I live far away from major pet stores, I love that they deliver to my door. PetFlow has a wide variety of products, some of which are very hard to find at the brick and mortar stores. Though shipping can be free, the prices are higher than the stores I am sometimes able to frequent. Also, boxes have sometimes been a little torn up, though that is probably a problem with UPS/Fed Ex. All in all, I continue to use PetFlow.com month after month.
