Company staff is very friendly and helpful. Shipper did some damage to the product but the company responded quickly and will issue a refund or credit.

I love the Petflow service, and prices are much better than the store where we usually getbour dog food! I would have given 5 stars, except it was unclear to me when I was placing my order how long it would take to get the food delivered. We needed the food within a few days, and when I selected to "ship this week" I didn't know if that would mean the food would ship immediately, or toward the end of the week! But overall, great service for products that you know you need over and over.

It was an easy order and I will use it again. The only small issue I had, was I had requested the food be shipped a week later and it was shipped immediately so I got it sooner than I needed. But I will definitely order from them again as it did arrive promptly.

I think somehow there must be an easier way to change orders. Changing the ship date is easy but to add or delete or otherwise find other products and revise the order is very cumbersome.

Service Fantastic! Cats Love The Food!

I love this service because I can get the exact food my dogs need without schlepping to the Pet store and lugging heavy bags back and forth in my car. The prices are competitive, especially because of the free home delivery. The email notifications that come a week before each shipment allow for easy adjustment of the delivery schedule if necessary. Since I go through 70lbs of food a month, price is important, but convenience also ranks very high on my list of desirables. If they keep the prices reasonable, I will probably stay with them for the long haul.

After a year of Petflow, I've only had 1 mistake in my order. Your service saves me money and saves me hassles.
