I don't know what I would do without petflow! I love that I save money on the cat food and gas I would otherwise have to spend in order to drive 20 miles to purchase the over-priced, vet office's food. My only trouble with petflow has been when a shipment gets skipped due to billing issues; although, I should probably take that up with my credit card company, rather than petflow! Thanks Petflow for making it just a little bit easier to give my pets the care they deserve!

I've been using PetFlow for several months to purchase specialty foods for both dogs and cats. PetFlow has a great selection of foods. The online ordering process is easy. Delivery time varies, depending on which warehouse they ship from. I'm in California, and my delivery always arrives quickly if the shipment comes from Nevada. Friction: At least twice now I've either received the wrong items delivered or have had missing (unexplained) items in my order. Packing slips are typically absent. Treatment: PetFlow customer service has always been responsive and has corrected the orders, even arranged for FedEx pickup of the incorrect shipment. Friendly, personable email exchanges with real people make the friction much more tolerable.

Your prices are good, and the service is good, however I have noticed that since I have been ordering dog food from you the cans themselves have been arriving bend and dented Sometime the dent is very deep and I am afraid that it might compromise the quality of the food if the dent punctures the can. I would appriciate it if more care is taken is handleing and shipping my dog food. Now I am not sure if its your fault or the shipper fault, but either way I would like not to received bend of dented cans of food. Thank you

I love the scheduled deliveries and getting a notification ahead of time of when I will be charged. The box was a little torn from transportation last time but other than that I've had a great experience!

I like pet flow a lot. The only thing I've had problems with is if I run out of food much earlier than expected. Also, because I pay for shipping, I'm considering ending my use because it is cheaper for me to drive to a bigger town and get the food I need. Still the convenience is appreciated.

I love the ease of ordering food. I love Acana's food quality and choices. All would be perfect if it were a bit less expensive.

PetFlow.com has the foods I want for my dog in stock and ready to ship. Their prices are so reasonable, it's less expensive to shop from them than to go to Petco or some other local store to buy my dog food. Plus, Petco doesn't carry the brands and types of food I want for my dog. PetFlow does.

I enjoy the fact that I receive our food shipment fast and on time. No more going to the store and lugging food back.
