I love the auto shipping but sometimes hard to change items all in all I love this company great service and products with free shipping makes it cheaper than the pet warehouse stores

Just wish they shipped at the beginning of the week instead of the end. Shipping normally ends up reaching us on Monday

Cost and free shipping is great. However, the packaging/box sucks. It was shipped in a thin, weak box which was tore up exposing the bags of dog food. Fedex left it outside as well rather than waiting for me to open the door. If i had not been home, bugs and ants would have been in the bags of food. You need better quality boxes to ship bags of pet food!

So far we have been very pleased. We even had a problem at the the very beginning of our association with PetFlow, but after several conversations the problem was resolved to our satisfaction.

Great service! Very happy with my experiences with PetFlow.com. I have found the website a little tricky when I need to change my standing order that ships automatically. But, I contacted customer service and they promptly helped me fix the problem.

My opinion says it all, HOWEVER, that being said, I feel the products could be packed better. You need to add more padding of some sort, and the last box I received had almost all the tape loose from the bottom of the box! I'm surprised the FedEx guy could carry it without spilling the contents.

My only issue is that the price of the product I purchase has increased almost 20% since August 2011 (5 months). Otherwise, they are very reliable and have a great customer service department.

Excellent customer service. I wish the shipments were delivered on the same day every month instead of shipping around the same day every month. that would make it easier and I wouldn't have to buy supplemental food from time to time.
