PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I was happy to find the items I prefer that my pet store is frequently out of. Delivery at my door, although not speedy, was a nice change. I would recommend some sort of packing material be included if the box is heavy as one of my smaller packs of food was split open. It was put under a heavier bag. I would order again due to the variety the store has but if this type of thing happens again then I will have to try someone else.

We appreciate the convenience of having quiality pet products sent to our front door.

I have recommended Petflow to most of my dog owning friends.

The customer service rep very professional and helpful but the system did not respond the way it should. Product discontinued by company, yet I did not receive anything in the way of an email to that effect. I received 5 of 12 packages of a treat that I ordered with no paperwork in the box. I called and was informed that they sent what was available and I would only be charged for what was received. I would have thought that I would be informed as soon as quantity did not meet the order and would only be getting a partial shipment.

I love the convenience of shopping on line and having the dog food delivered to my door at a low cost. I have had some trouble with my last 2 orders in that I have an auto ship set up for every 2 weeks yet the last 2 orders have gone past the time so we end up out of dog food and I have ended up going to the store to buy a small bag to hold dogs off for 2 extra days. This defeats the purpose of having a delivery set up. Although when I call they are very helpful and give me 10% my next order, I would rather pay the full price and have my order shipped on time. They would rank with 5 stars if they could go back to shipping timely.

The products I order are not always available. In defense of the personnel at Petflow I am always notified via email of the problem. Delivery is solid. I am always treated with courtesy.

I am glad to find the brand of dog and cat food that is no longer available in my town. I really enjoy it being delivered to my front porch without me having to pick up heavy bags. However, last time dog food was back ordered. My dog is old and gets sick with most food, so I depend on receiving the food as scheduled. Now, the cat food is back ordered If I could just receive it as ordered it would be great.

PetFlow.com is very easy to use and online ordering is much more convenient than hauling big bags of dogfood home. The recurring delivery option is simple and I have had no problems making changes when needed (usually when I have underestimated how much my dogs will eat!). Typically the food is shipped and delivered within 2 days, and has even been delivered on Saturdays. I would have given 5 stars but the cost of the brand I buy has increased about $6 since I started using PetFlow last summer. But I would definitely recommend its service.
