Have been using Petflow for a few months and am for the most part very happy. I would like to have a better understanding of how to add more product to may shipment. Haven't had much success trying to do that.

I came back to Petflow after trying the auto-shipment services from a leading pet store. With the leading pet store, I had multiple shipments where the dog food bags were open within the very well-sealed packaged (so, in my opinion, the problem was at the warehouse, not with the shipping company). Anyway...unwilling to go through another round of customer service, refunds, apologies, etc., I came back to Petflow. Our first shipment arrived a few days ago and everything was great - the tape on the box had worn a bit and that would cause me concern - seems like the boxes could be super duper sealed since they are so heavy (28 lb bag)

if I had anything negative to say it would only be that there were WAYYYYY too many plastic packing things in the box.. It was not necessary since I just ordered a large bag of dog food and some treats! Perhaps recycled paper would be more PC, since it is compostable and those plastic things are only recycle-able and take up more room, even AFTER poking all of them to deflate! Otherwise I am sticking with PETFLOW for now on!!!!! Just a thought!

i guess the only thing i dont like is that when you place an order, they try at least a couple of times to get you to do auto ship. Otherwise it is good.

They bring the products I want right to my door, and I dont have to do anything. It's great, convenient and reasonable.

Liked the convenience of getting the dog food delivered to my front door but concerned about adding other products as the box was mangled and one of my dog bones were missing. Will try it again to see if it was just a fluke.

Love this method of getting our pet food. Fortunately, all the packages were waterproof, but the mailing carton looked like it had been bobbing in the ocean for a while! Wonder what kind of adventure it had?
