I have been very happy with the speed and ease of regular deliveries of my pets prescription cat food. I wish you would consider carrying the lower calorie version too, as I would purchase both from you. Please let me know if this is a possibility. My only complaint is when I logged in recently to check my delivery schedule I found the cost of the food just went up $8, this is a big jump and I am going to have to check other websites costs again.

They delivered my products within days of ordering, however, my only complaint is that I requested that the order not ship for a week, and instead it came within a few days. I'm hoping this doesn't mess with my auto-ship schedule based on how often I determined I would need my pet food to arrive. But otherwise, I can't say anything bad.

I depend on Petflow to supply a hard-to-find food for a sick cat, and they've been doing it reliably. I don't quite know where we'd be without Petflow.

My experience with PetFlow has been generally good. They every brand of pet food I have looked for, their prices are fairly reasonable and their shipping charges are lower than most pet food sites. Even without shipping, I can find better prices locally. The difference is small and the convenience is high. I have two complaints. The $4.95 shipping is PER ITEM and not per purchase. I haven't seen this anywhere else that advertises, "shipping $4.95". My second problem concerns their repeat shipping option. There is a price break if you sign up for things to be shipped at intervals you select. I have used this option many times with Amazon orders and have always gotten an email a few days before the shipment is sent. PetFlow sent me an email after they sent the shipment. I did not remember that I had signed up for repeat orders so I had not cancelled this feature. I didn't want the order, but am stuck with it. There is little point in sending it back. The shipping would likely be nearly as much as the order.

I've been using PetFlow for several months now and I couldn't be happier. The prices are lower than anywhere else AND it gets delivered right to my door. I have had a few errors with my orders but they were remedied so quickly that I didn't mind. The customer service is great!

We use PetFlow because inevitably we need to redo the litter boxes at 11pm on a Sunday night, and none of the big box places are open. With PetFlow, we know we will have enough litter and food on hand to last. The only thing that I would say is that I wish the boxes were better quality. When the boxes are delivered, the weight of the food and cat litter has always compromised the integrity of the box, which isn't good if it's raining.

My experiences with Petflow have been very positive and they are easy to work with. They respond quickly to any questions or issues and will try to find a solution to fit my needs. Only 4/5 stars because I wish their specialty dog food inventory was just a bit larger- as they were out of my preferred brand of food for almost a month. BUT customer service did find an interim solution for me. I recommend Petflow to all my animal loving friends.
