Really appreciate the customer service even tho not thrilled with the new software I’m from the Midwest and we really like to support small business and get to know them Better Service Great products and common sense when dealing with issues Will continue to support PetFlow !!!!!!!

Easy to order
Easy to order. Each of my 2 dogs have dietary restrictions..different restrictions. Having the ability to find food that each will/can eat is a necessity. Petflow was able to help me keep my dogs healthy.

Pet Flow Delivers
The on line tech person was able to help me restart my periodic shipments of Rx dog food. She also helped me scale down the order, since my dog is older and eating less. The only issue was where the delivery guy left the box, but that is not the doing of Pet Flow.
