Received a crushed box and torn bag of food. Called and immediately was able to speak to a CSR who was very cordial and professional. She apologized (not sure who was responsible) and said a new bag was coming. That new box came with a half torn open box (only one thin strip of packing tape) but fortunately the bag of food was not torn. After using this provider for a few months, this has been the only issue. They just need to do better with packing.

They sent me the wrong dog food. I emailed support and never heard anything back. A few days later I received the right food, but there was no communication or apology. I expect a little more from PetFlow.

The only issue I have had is the packaging, but their customer service was very good and replaced the items that had been smashed. I loved Chewy, but they got political and it was irritating. I'm looking to buy pet food, not looking for a company to virtue signal, so I switched to PetFlow. I'm not sorry in the least, they do a very decent job and they stick to issues to do with pet food and such.

Product still not here. About 10 days now. Pony Express delivery. Bag is 20 lbs. Going away in two days. Company express mailed pkg in the past. I blame the carrier.

Kinda strange Iordered 2 bags and you said ther was only 1 in stock and the next day it was listed as available.

I have only placed one order, but overall I am happy. The biggest issue is that shipping took a LONG time, it was almost a full two weeks between placing my order and actually receiving it. As long as you don’t need the items immediately, it’s not a problem. The food I received was in good shape (although the box was a bit banged up) and had a far out expiration date which tells me the food isn’t sitting in their factory for a long period of time. They do seem to have some great coupons available, so that does make up for their slow shipping speeds. Overall I am willing to keep using this company and see how it goes.

I placed a order from pet flow. I received my order but was missing the lid to the treat jar. So I called them on saturday and talked to a fella and he said no problem we will send it out on monday. He aplogized for there mistake. Things happen and I will continue to order from Petflow.
