The problem is in the packing end. The boxing material you use can not support the weight of the product inside. We usually receive 3 to 4 cases of dog food (12 cans per case) per order. You put them all in one box. We have received orders where the box has been partially opened or busted wide open and cans are damaged. Sometimes when the box is received in good shape we’ve had the box bust open on us as we are carrying it into the house. You are putting too much weigh in a thin flimsy box.

My first experience with Pet Flow wasn't the greatest and I don't think I'll order from them again. The shipping took forever since what I ordered was out of stock in their closest facility. They did send an email apologizing for that though, and I realize these things happen. However, when we received our order, one of the cases of cat food were all basically bent in half, and the fish oil was leaking all over. I contacted Pet Flow and they did send a replacement. However, so far the other cans of cat food I ordered seem like b-stock or something (second rate). Every other can I open is basically all liquid or just plain rotten looking. One of my cats has developed pretty severe diarrhea too since starting him on the canned food we received from Pet Flow. It could be a coincedence, but I'm not sure I want to continue feeding them the food we bought from there. Maybe it's because the cans took so long to get to my home and it was during a bad heat wave? I don't know. Another thing I don't like is that apparently I need to call them to cancel my autoship. There's no way to do it on their website. I don't like that at all. I'm going to address my issues with the canned food when I call them cancel. I gave 3 stars because their customer service was good replacing our damaged items, and I like that they donate food to pets with each purchase. Overall I think it's a company with good intentions, but there are too many negatives for me to be a repeat customer.

I ordered prescription dog food on June 21, 2021. There is no way to upload the prescription to the site. Pet flow has to contact the vet to verify the prescription. My order is not due to arrive at my house until July 5, 2021. Two weeks after order. As this is prescription food, I needed to order it from another online provider and it arrived three days after my order. Pet Flow’s prices are very good.

Need better discounts n delivery. Other web sites offer more.

My big guy was not to crazy about his new food, I mixed it with his other food now he will eat it. also it gave him the runs. Oh well not every dog is the same.

I've been using Petflow for 10 years and while their phone service is always helpful and courteous, recently they have either messed up orders or those orders have arrived late. Again, when I call they are always responsive and correct their problems, but they really shouldn't be happening in the first place.

I've actually had a great experience with PetFlow but it's FedEx that I'm having issues with. I was suppose to receive the rest of my order a whole week ago and it's just been sitting in the FedEx facility for 7 days. Unfortunately I've reached out 2 times to PetFlow and they said they'll let FedEx know but it hasn't changed anything from what I can see. I've never had incredible situations with FedEx either, they've been pretty mediocre.
