I only wish there were a larger selection.

I checked out Petflow when we received a coupon in the mail, and have signed up for regular home delivery. It is nice to have one less chore to remember. The website filter are not as good as I would prefer (would love to filter out by size, price, as well), but the convenience far outweighs that personal preference.

I have only recently started working with this company, from which I purchase my dog's prescription dog food. Their deliveries have been in line with their notifications, their price (both for the product AND the delivery) are the best I have found, and the one time there was an issue, they responded to my email when they said they would, and the problem was solved. So far, so great!

PetFlow service is great, from customer reps to shipping time but they don't carry some prescription diets, like c/d for cats, so I still have to make a trip to the veterinarian's or to another site to get the c/d. Would very much like to have one stop shopping for pet food instead!

I have had a very good experience with PetFlow.com. It is easy to place an order, change an order and even cancel an order. The customer service has been great. The only problem I have had is that the bags of dry dog and cat food sometimes arrive open. PetFlow.com is great about sending another bag, but it is a nuisance in the summer when ants can get to the food before I get home.

We receive food in timely manner and in good condition. Prices are good and not having shipping is wonderful. The only problem I have is the design of your website. It has been so difficult to navigate to change brand of food, size and quantity, that I end up calling the changes in. But it is easy to call in changes during the day.

Pet Flow makes buying my dog's food and treats easy and convenient. I like being able to set my delivery timeframe and the early reminders which let me check my stock. I only wish I could change what is being delivered via the website as I don't always need certain things as frequently as others.

I started ordering from Petflow over a year ago and in the beginning there were delays in order processing & shipping. (They are on the East coast, I am on the West coast)Over the year, I have seen huge improvements. My most recent order arrived in just a few days. Still great prices... the most affordable way to buy dog food in bulk!
