I appreciated the speedy delivery. My only issue was that the box was all crumpled because the package came in an envelope. However, product still intact. Thanks

All in all, it's nice to have a pet food delivery service like this. The only thing I think would make it even better is if the prices for the items were a bit more competitive.

The delivery always makes me a little nervous, but they use FedEx (which is the best national option in my opinion) and the shipping is fast. They did send me the wrong food once, and that was a bummer, but they swapped out quickly, they didn't make me return the other bag (which I donated to a pet hospital), and they were apologetic. Overall a good experience and I do recommend them to friends.

I love Petflow. My only reason not to give 5 stars is that each month, for the last 6 months, they call and tell me they can not ship because no street address is on file. I give my address each time and the shipment arrives, but clearly no one in saving that information. Still a loyal customer.

Good Service and prices may be lower

i used a groupon to buy the cat food I normally do at the grocery store, Petflows prices are very high. I would not buy from them without a coupon, but they did ship very quickly.

We used to purchase our dog good at the local Petco. However, there were many times, we would go to buy dog food, and the pet store would not have the product. We would then go searching at different locations just to find the dog food we needed. We were even told once that the demographics of our neighborhood didn't support the store carrying very many bags of the dog food we needed. Now that we use Petflow, we always get the food we need without having to search mercilously at the petstore for the food that we need. And, the product we get is the same great produce, and we don't have to pay shipping or taxes. It's wonderful!!! Another great feature is the ability to move your shipment up or back if you need it sooner or if you need it later. It really is great!

It was simple to set up and get going. They also offer Orijen RR cheaper than anywhere else with the free shipping. Only complaint is every time I try to change my shipping date it always reverts after a couple times of shipping. I got another dog so I need the shipments earlier by a week and when I changed it, it only stayed that way for 2 shipments then reverted back to shipping once a month. This is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.
