The site had a lot of inventory to choose from and provided a quick turnaround with the purchase and delivery. The only slight issue I had was with the search feature. I had some problems lining up the type of product I wanted using the bar that allows you to search by different types of pet, size, temperment...etc. I think this feature can be wonderful.. just needs a little more work to make it more intuitive.

I am so happy to have this easy way to get my cat food now that I have six cats in my home. The only negative I have is that there was no padding on the bottom of the box so the bottom bag of food was more in small, broken pieces and dust than the full size food. I had to sift through the whole bag to remove the dust. I'm sure the delivery people are treating the package carefully as it is pretty heavy. Other than that this is a great service. The selection of foods is terrific. I've tried healthier foods I otherwise would not have. Good job.

i received the food within 2 days even though i paid for the regular shipping. the prices are a bit higher per bag than i normally pay though

My ordered was delayed, without a satisfactory explanation. this has happened once before in the past. Each time I was give a discount, but it created an inconvenience because I had to make unplanned trips to the pet store to purchase product til my order was delivered., but for the most part I have been satisfied and will continue to order my cat food. my first experience with PetFlow was excellent. My pet's dog and cat food (and treats) arrived at my front door even earlier than I expected. The one suggestion I'd have for PetFlow is to organize their website for easier purchasing. I had a hard time scrolling through all the Blue products and it seemed like they were not in any kind of order. I would have like to be able to sort the Blue products easier. That said, I still will purchase again from PetFlow.
