Ordered a huge bag of catfood and treats and got it quickly and came nicely packed. No problems ordering online either. used it once but am pleased .

Petflow is great. They have the obscure prescription food my cat needs and the litter I like at a great price. I'm on the automatic refill plan and it makes cat supplies one less thing I need to worry about. FYI, I live in NYC where you can get anything delivered, but I prefer to use Petflow.

Bought Groupon so new to the site. ordering was easy . I do not know if I would re use again because can buy it at local pet store specialty shop for about $10 less give or take local ads providing discounts . If promotions were available would probably continue to use

Shipment was split because one item was out of stock and not noted as such until ordered. Two Iams cans were stuck together and we found one had ruptured and rusted the two cans together. Called Iams to report problem and they said they would ship us some more cans . Did not notice the can leakage until removed cans from the tray pack.

Love the products and the money and time saved. Have been a few times where the order was not shipped on time. When you are expecting/depending on the dog food, it can be a problem. They are always quick to remedy the situation, but still caused some stress. Mostly though I love it. Haven't been to a pet store in ages and I have 7 dogs :)

I have been highly pleased with the Petflow service over the past year. Easy to use, easy to edit shipments, predictable delivery. Only reason I wouldn't give five stars is I'd like a few more grain free options. Highly recommend.

Petflow has a wide variety of dog food, not covering everything that I wanted but still reasonably priced and the delivery time was amazing - everything arrived together in just 2 days.
