I love not having to carry dog food. Pet flow always sends a confirmation email and I have the chance to delay if I need to. The chow comes the following week and I know to watch for it. I take one star from perfect because the Fedex Ground people left it against my electronic gate instead of coming in the driveway. Three times. Twice it was raining. In spite of the fact that the gate code is written on the label with the address. This is a big deal because my house is 200 feet from the road, so I had pick up the box holding 4 30 pound bags and load it in my truck. I was on the verge of canceling when they finally started coming in the gate again.

The service was excellent. Easy checkout, quick shipping, product was as represented on the site. Prices are comparable to major retail pet stores like Petco and Petsmart. Good selection. Inexpensive flat rate shipping. I wish though that the website had more filters--for example, if I could choose just canned food or just dry food instead of sorting through all dog food.

Everything worked as advertised. Dog ate food like he really enjoyed it. Thanks.

We like Petflow a lot. We recently had a glitch in that one of the dog food bags was expired, but the issue was fixed quickly, so overall we're very happy customers. We've been using Petflow as our only dog food source for a long time. Using Petflow means getting your pets' food at fair prices, without those back breaking trips to the pet superstore! The good service, good selection and free shipping keep us coming back month after month.

It was a bit hard to filter out the cat food I was looking for, and the overall price was a bit higher than my usual place, but wow, it arrived FAST. The speed of delivery makes their shipping charge very reasonable.

They had missed my request to delay shipping until the next week but were responsive when I complained even though it was too late to stop that shipment. They should also ship in more than one box, because it was too heavy for me to move and I can't always find someone to help me.

This was the first time I ordered from PetFlow. The products were delivered quickly and were in good condition.
