I recently placed my first order. I had questions that weren't answered on the website. They were sufficiently answered so I placed the order. Unfortunately there was a problem with my delivery. As soon as I contacted customer service, I again got an immediate response. Any one can have an occasional problem. How they are handled makes all the difference. I will absolutely order again and recommend this company.

I would have given 5 stars if my dog food had been available and shipped at the same time as my other items, which arrived very quickly. They did let me know within a couple days that the food I ordered was out of stock; I just wasn't anticipating the long lead time.

This was my first purchase with this website and I had a great overall experience. Customer service was exceptional and shipping was fast. I was very pleased. I just wished they had a few more options of my dog's particular food.

My only negative with PetFlow is that twice in the past couple of years, I have asked for the delivery address to change. Both times I confirmed the change via their chat option. Both times the delivery went to the previous shipping address and I was sitting with no food during vacations with 15 dogs! Both times I had to pay to have the food shipped to my current location. Other than their lack of ability to change shipping locations, even though verified that it was changed, they are AWESOME! They are reliable with the products ordered and they always arrive on time and in great shape. I have used PetFlow for years and as long as I don't ask for a change in shipping address they are a Five Star Plus!

I appreciated the fast and easy service. My only complaint is that before shipping you asked me if I wanted the items shipped this week or next. I chose next but you sent it right away. It was not a problem, but why ask if you intend to send it immediately?

This was my first time purchasing from them. It was easy to order and got quick notification of purchase. The order was promptly shipped and received. Will order again. Also price for the dog food was well priced.

I love the concept of PetFlow and have been an autoship customer for a year or more. However, I still have trouble navigating the website. Finding where and how to adjust my autoship schedule should be easier! Other than this . . . I love these guys!
