Great company but the shipping takes to long

Everything about ordering from Pet Flow was great. My only issue was how long it took to get it delivered. Will order again. Also would recommend to others.

Pros: Great customer service. Very quick to respond to my concerns about a product that became unavailable for a while. They went beyond the call and recommended other sellers. Cons: Shipping times are exceptionally long. If you know what you want/need order way in advance or you’ll be caught running out of your pet food.

Overall an easy, pleasant experience. This was a great resource to find veterinarian recommended items that I couldn't find locally. Easy checkout and quick delivery. The only drawback is that one item was somewhat crushed and torn. Everything else was fine, so I would order those items again from this company.

Quick, efficient, well-priced product shipped to us free and in a timely manner. Reliable service that we appreciate in these times of shipping delays by some of the larger pet supplies vendors.

I had a hard time cancelling out some cat food orders and changing the brand. For that reason, I'm only giving 4 stars. I could probably have complained a lot but there is never enough time and I just donated the food I could not use. That was getting a little expensive though. Now there is just not enough Sheba available. So I am waiting.

I think using FedEx as your carrier deserves a star off. I have no specific complaints about PetFlow in general, but FedEx has been particularly awful for our household lately, and I just can't deal with FedEx if I have any other options available.
