Pet flow is great, however it took me three days to get Federal Express to move the package to where I could access it since they didn't follow delivery instructions on their website and posted in my driveway on a metal sign. I am handicapped and have limited mobility. That is why I shop online. The package had been rained on for 3 days and was soaking wet. However, the Origen packaging was so good that the product remained dry and vacuum sealed, and we had cooler weather, so I did not have to return it. If this happens again I will start buying from another vendor. I am sick of fighting with them and PF doesn't seem to be able to do anything about it. They should make it a part of their contract with Federal Express that if the customer has a complaint such as mine, that there should be some kind of compensation from FEDERAL EXPRESS to the customer in hopes of satisfying the unhappy customer. If they have nothing to lose, they can basically care less.

Shipping was fast and convenient. I love not going to the local feed supply to see what's available. The only draw-back is Naturals packaging. The bag is great, and keeps the food fresh, but it's a struggle to get it opened. After opening, it won't stay closed between use. My Griff loves the taste, and is growing and thriving. I switched to Naturals and her energy noticeably increased. I'm very happy with Petflow and Naturals. Jim, Helena MT.

The quality of the dog food is very good. Petflow carries different flavors in the same brand, which is very helpful.

Recent improvements from past year when boxes were battered and almost falling apart. Literally bursting at the seams. The cans were often severely mangled. The boxes are in better shape and the cans are merely dented. But the cans are dented! Keep working on this and we’ll stay with you, for now at least.

Very good pricing and availability of products. Vet contacts for prescriptions are generally fast and accurate. Autoship process is very confusing, however. It can be difficult to see what is shipping, how often, and how to modify the autoship if incorrect. It can also be difficult to see how many doses are in a package being ordered - the picture next to a single dose order may show a 6-dose box. It would be much better if the pictures matched the options being selected.

We ordered 2 bags of food. Only one arrived. But after calling, the first order arrived as well as a replacement bag. We had two large bags. When I called to pay for one extra, they said they weren’t allowed to accept extra payment. So by not returning, we got a second bag at no cost!!!! A frustrating order turned into an extremely positive one!! Thank you!

Apparently I didn’t read the description closely enough. I got chew sticks that were either too big (and stinky) or too easily consumed.
