I love Petflow because I no longer have to travel to another area to buy quality pet food. The no shipping costs for a minimal order is great too. The selection is very diverse!

I now don't know what to do with all the stupid food but I don't want to ship all of this back either. Plus the credit card bill is going to be a fortune. Customer Service rep admits the error and was nice, but the bottom line is I have to figure out what to do with all the extra food and pay the credit card..

Shopping on PetFlow.com was a good experience - it was helpful to have our cat litter and food delivered because those bags can be heavy. The only downside was that they didn't offer drinking fountains for cats, but when I wrote to customer service, they were very nice and suggested they might carry that type of product in the future. Sale prices were very good and competitive with those in pet supply stores.

Shipping was so fast - I think I had my goods in 48 hours. There was a techincal glitch that caused me to be overcharged, but the company notified me of the issue and corrected it before I was even aware. The groupon I got was for $30 for $15, so I saved money on products I use everyday (well I don't actually use them). Shipping was cheap at $4.95. Awesome site.

Great ideal, great execution. It would help if you're delivery days were a little more consistent. We feed Fromm. I'd like to be able to order either a single variety or mixed varieties in the same order. Blue Dog Bakery treats would be a nice addition.

I really enjoy having the food arrive on the doorstep. It is also nice to be able to change delivery dates when I have too much food.

I really like ordering from this company and often tell people about this site. I only have one beef, the people who box and ship are not doing a very good job. I have in the past had to get a replacement box of biscuits because they have gotten crushed. And in this last order it was the same way, crushed biscuits. Because they don't bubble proof them from heavy items? I had a case of canned dog food in the order also. On the next order I WILL do a separate order for the canned items, which will probably cost me more.... Thank you

My order was quickly received and mostly accurate. I ordered 2 collars and dry dog food. The food and one of the collars were correct, but the other was slightly wrong (color). It was close enough and the price was good.
