Unfortunately, on my very first order BOTH my cat food and dog food were on back order (after I'd already made my purchase and had no idea)...the shipping date got pushed back twice and my order was over a week late. On the upside, Customer Service was extremely helpful in finding a temporary replacement and only charging me the price of my original order even though the replacement was more expensive. I'll order from them again and hope my items aren't back ordered.

I've switched online pet food suppliers twice now because they've run out the food we use for our cats. So far so good with PetFlow but I would like to see free shipping.

Very nice young man took my order, great idea, but I received a huge box at my front door, I was not at home, it was raining, the box broke, there were skunks hovering, the door escaped while I was trying to haul the 30 lb. bags---well, it wasn't pretty. If I can work out the delivery kinks, i will call you but right now, cancel any further deliveries. Thank you from Jae and Mollywollydoodle

Bought a Groupon and they had our choice of dog food - Blue Buffalo so purchased a large bag on a Thursday and it arrived at our front door on Tuesday. That was quick in my opinion. The food isn't the greatest deal, a little cheaper then the in-store purchase option. The reason to choose petflow would be more for the ease of not going to the store.

The website could be a litter easier to use (especially for returning customers), but overall, a great company to do business with!

exactly what I ordered, and fast delivery.

I love the convenience of having my dog food delivered to my door, but I do NOT like the fact that the price has changed so many times without my knowledge. I was under the impression that the first price I paid was a "fixed price" and would remain the same for each shipment. I will probably be shopping around for a cheaper site.
