I kind of said it in one sentence. It is very very important to me and probably others not to use the word "help". When I first saw it, I assumed there was a problem with my order. I know it might catch attention but I find it annoying and alarming. Please change it to something else. ...other than that everything is great with Petflow.

I gave this a try because I bought the Groupon for petflow. This made buying our dog food much easier than going to a specialty pet store. It was fast and convenient. Delivery was ahead of schedule. If I had money to burn then this would be a no-brainer. I gave four stars because the food was much more expensive than it is in the store, plus shipping, so for that reason I probably will not continue to use this site.

The representative emailed instructions that led me to my order information - price of each item, total, etc. since the packing slip does not contain that info. I appreciate the free shipping of course, but the price of each carton of Fancy Feast canned food is $2.50 more than PetFood Direct. When your shipping is again added, the total will be more than PFD. So I'll not change my automatic monthly order. But thank you for my orders and I'll use you again for other purchases. Judy Starkey
