I have 3 big dogs that consume a lot of food. Pet flow makes it easy to always have the food on hand @ a pretty reasonable price.

First time, not had the chance to try the food yet. My dog has alergies and I suspect he needs food with no grains. Since you are offering a very nice trial deal on Nutrisca, I will try it. Ordering was easy and the delivery was prompt. Beyond that, I am not able to rate quality of food, etc.

The items I ordered arrives very quickly and were well packed and in perfect condition.

I was very happy to order the food from Pet Flow since I am unable to go out and buy the food due to my disability. It arrived in the box on Saturday Feb 25, 2012, but when I opened the box there were 2 holes in the 50 lb bag of Diamond food. I did not use a sharp object to open the box just tore the tape. All in all I am glad there is a place that can assist the disabled in getting their furbaby food

They always deliver on time and provide better prices than I could obtain in a store and then have to lug the bags home. Since there's no tax & minimal or no shipping charges, you can 't beat the price. Also have a tremendous selection of food, some that I can't buy locally at any of the big box pet stores.

I have been using PetFlow.com for sometime now I get regular deliveries and on only one occasion have I not been totally satisfied and that was when most of the canned food arrived in dented cans, which may well have been the carriers fault or maybe the packing was not as good as usual that time. Otherwise great service, food arrives on time, no lugging it from the store, very easy to change the order. I would unconditionally reccomend it if not for that one delivery.

I had ordered hypoallergenic cat food and received the wrong food. The company was very responsive to my need to have the food ASAP, and sent the correct order immediately.

The pros: - The selection of products is great - The prices are better than other online competitors - Getting a coupon code for free shipping is relatively easy ... (I personally won't order if there's a charge for shipping) - They appear to genuinely value their customers - Shipping was FAST The cons: - Price of my product was $6 more than the last time I'd ordered the same thing - I had to select that I didn't want to set up an auto-delivery TWICE, and even then after I placed the order I was asked AGAIN if I was sure I didn't want auto-delivery... I'm sure! - Shipping charges are too high unless you can find a coupon code for free shipping
