I enjoy this service a lot, but the price for my dog food keeps increasing - over $10 in a year! It is making it less and less cost-effective to keep using them

Very easy to use, still slightly more expensive than 1800petmeds and other pet food online retailers, but still a good experience overall.

everything is great except the length of time for your food to arrive. it use to take 2 days now it's double the time.

Love the service, prices, and customer service - however, Fedex Smart Pak does not work for me - it has been three business days and I am only in one state over from where my order is being shipped from.

I ordered some food and treats for my dogs and used the auto-shipment service for the first time. I had no problems with placing the order, inputing my coupon codes, and checking out. I received an e-mail shortly after informing me that the dog food I desired was on backorder. This wasn't a big deal to me because I had some dog food on hand. After 3 weeks went by and I still had not received my food from Pet Flow I decided to call them and see how long a backordered item was supposed to take. The representative I spoke to was cordial and genuinely interested in helping me out. The food I wanted was still backordered but she swapped out the variety of food for another variety from the same brand within minutes. She also apologized for the delay and put a "rush" on my order at no charge. It shipped that very day and has already arrived at my front door. I would recommend this company to anyone, because even if there is any issue, no matter how small, they do their best to resolve it quickly and with great customer service!
