My order came on time and I got a great deal on my pets flea and tick medicine without having to leave my home!

Plus side: My order was shipped fast, I had it in 2 days! Loved the $10.00 savings coupon and the convenience of having the food delivered. Minus side: The food (canned) is not moist like the cans I bought from my vet. It is somewhat crumbly which made me question the expiration date. The date on the can says good until 2013, but I wonder why it's so different from the cans I bought elsewhere.

As a new customer, my petflow experience is kinda on the fence. Smooth ordering, good shipping time. My issues were the following: I ordered small bags of dog and cat food. When my box arrived, one bag of food had broken open and spilled. It was expensive food so that was kinda a bummer. This could have been prevented if some sort of packing material had been in the box. Also, in online ordering, if you set up auto-delivery then your ENTIRE order is auto delivered rather than just certain foods, treats etc. You have call and request that only certain items be on the auto-delivery system. Kinda defeats the purpose of the online convenience ordering.

Petflow carries Royal Canin veterinary plan renal cat food plus Royal Canin veterinary cat treats. Shipping is better than PetFoodDirect, but still get the occasional crushed can or crushed treats.

I give this site 4 out of 5 as I wish they had FREE shipping for purchases over $30. If they did, I would do ALL my shopping with PetFlow.

This site saved me the hassle of locating a store in our area that carried the top of the line dog food I decided to switch my dogs to; Taste of the Wild. The site is very easy to navigate for the most part. The only reasons I gave it four stars is because the "set up recurring shipments" is a bit annoying, but other than that it's great! My first order of Taste of the Wild arrived in lightening fast time, my second order is on the way! I also love the variety of treats and toys on the site as well.

Most of the time I get my shipments in 4 days but sometimes it takes up to 8 days and I have to go buy the food a store.
