Tired of products received with little or no time to consume before best by date. Last example was shipped Oct 1, BB date was Oct 26. They say their policy is items are only shipped if they have at least 3 months. Someone apparently can't count. This isn't first time; have lost count of how many times. Unfortunately, was limited for sources for a particular cat food; have since found another source for that item but a couple of my dog items I haven't yet found alternate sources. Working on it,

Received the wrong product. Waiting on a response from petflow.

My three dogs liked it the first time but never again. So I’ve been using it up by mixing some of It with the limited amount of wet I give them. Sorry, but it’s too costly especially being that they won’t eat it.

My cat needs a prescription food which was shown as in stock at PetFlow. I ordered it, imposed on my vet to send them the prescription but shortly thereafter I got an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called and they it wasn't in stock and didn't know when they'd have it. Yet today, it again (still) shows its in stock on their website. And again, I called and its not in stock. Very disappointing to have to keep checking because of poor information on their site. .

I ordered my pet's prescription food from Pet Flow as the vendor I normally use was unable to fill my order. When I checked, Pet Flow indicated they had the food. But after i submitted my order and had my veterinarian call to confirm, several days later I received notice that Pet Flow did not have the food. I wasted days on this as I was misled by Pet Flow.

I tried to cancel a subscription delivery. You can only do so via phone. After waiting on hold, I was given an answering machine. I left a message a week ago and have not gotten a call back yet. **Update: I got an email follow-up asking for a reason and to confirm my still-pending subscription cancelation.

I ordered my cat’s prescription food a while ago and when I still hadn’t received it in the mail, I contacted Pet flow so ask what happened with my order. They responded very quickly which I appreciated but they said they haven’t received anything from the manufacturer and therefore canceled my order without any explanation. My cat has IBS and will get sick if not given this food. I understand that Hill’s is at fault, but I don’t understand why pet flow waited so long to tell me that they don’t have the foodHi . I don’t think I’ll order anything through them again - communication is horrible.

We put in an order for cat food from this company. Unfortunately it was packaged very poorly and by the time it arrived the cans were loose and many were heavily dented. About a 1/3 of the order was missing too. Customer service was very responsive and got us the missing pallets shipped, which was a good plus. However we didn't want to continue the autoship after our overall experience. That's when we discovered that the company makes customers jump through hoops to cancel autoships - you can't do it yourself through your account, you have to have a conversation with customer service. That just feels scammy.
