PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I've been very happy with your service. I try to feed my cats with a high quality kibble which can be difficult when the only source of income is social security. PetFlow gives me a chance to purchase good quality food at a reasonable price and have it delivered directly to my door. I was unfortunate to have had to have 2 surgeries back to back at the end of 2011 with a slow recovery....but thanks to PetFlow I didn't have to worry about food for my cats - it was delivered reliably to my door!! No muss, no fuss, no worries!! Thank you PetFlow!!

My wife uses PetFlow for dog food, and I decided to use you for "my" cat's food. I didn't subscribe, though, because I never calculated how much he eats. When I get that worked out, I'll subscribe. Main benefits: I don't have to carry the stuff home from the store.

I have been very pleased with Petflow! They have a great selection. I just wish they had more supplements,ie seameal by Solid Gold. The only issue I had was one of my bags must have sat on a hot truck for too long. It smelt very foul, my dogs didn't mind but my husband wad gagging when we transfered it to the storage bin.

I ordered Honest Kitchen food. They had great prices and quick shipping. Was a little disappointed in the packaging. I ordered 3 boxes of food and it was shipped in two separate boxes.

Extremely convenient however I want to rotate my dog food flavor each delivery.

I have no issue with PetFlow per se. The product is good and delivered when it is supposed to be. The problem is with FedEx (the carrier that delivers). The box is always beat up and the top and bottom almost always so torn away that the box is all but ripped open. The boxes are unwieldy an difficult to carry -- perhaps if you had boxes with handles (flap holes cut out) they wouldn't but tearing the thing up so bad. They weigh about 40 lbs so the handles would have to that much wear and tear. I know you are trying to keep costs down so this may be a pipe dream for me -- but one day I expect to have the dog food ripped open by all of this maneuvering and spilling out the box when I receive it.

please add this to the website so I know you are out of stock before I place my order

My only complaint is that the order was received one week too early but I'd rather it be early than late. It's a great convenience, especially for a single person.
