This is a great service to have, one less trip to the store. They had what I needed and flat rate delivery is a nice touch. Here is my one problem, they sent me expired food, so I had to go to the store after all. Customer service was good and refunded my money but not without having to mail the UPC back to them. So an additional cost and hassle. Not sure if I will use this service again. Not a bad experience, just not what I was hoping for.

A Groupon deal brought us to PetFlow, and we ordered Royal Canine German Shephard dry dog food. It arrived within two days. However, their dog food is pricier than stores and don't carry some good brands ( They don't carry Science Diet which I give to my Rottie, and I cancelled an order of Purina One after I found out it was almost 15 dollars more expensive than the local store). Still, it a great service given the conviniece of home delivery and free shipping add to the savings. I will definitely buy if I find same prices as the stores or good deals.

PetFlow's price is cheaper than buying from either Petco or my local store and it gets delivered so it's one more errand I don't have to schedule. The only challenge is getting the delivery schedule accurate which just takes a little practice.

Liked the delivery since I had recent surgery which made it impossible for me to travel out to purchase the dog food. One problem, was that every can of the canned food I ordered was dented. Every single can in the case has a dent in it. The dry food was intact.

The box the food and treats were packed in should have been a bit bigger. The bags of dog treats were somewhat smashed and many of the treats inside were broken. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Large variety of (cat) food - more so than even the larger pet stores. Deliver was quick (happy to have Fed Ex vs. UPS). Prices are OK - local stores are less expensive on some of the items. However, the coupon I used and free shipping helped to even costs out.

No major complaints, but sometimes rescheduling pet food delivery can be a pain and the prices seem to go up without warning. Its debatable if the site saves you money, but the convenience of it certainly can't be beat.
