Could add more variety to the "Whiskas's" brand options. My cats favorite food was not listed. ("Purrfectly Chicken" ).

I've NEVER had better customer service, over the phone or via email. Your reps are always friendly, patient (with my questions), understanding, knowledgeable, and courteous! You tell me when/where my shipment is and it's right on. I am now on a scheduled delivery and my dog food arrives on the day you say it will. It is a little difficult for me to change my scheduled order online, but that's probably just me as a first time user of the system. I would have given five stars, BUT some cans always arrive dented. It's a cross-country trip (why not ship from Las Vegas to California?), so lots of opportunity for smashes over a week. However, the packaging could be much better. The first couple of times there was no filler in the box, so the two cases of food bashed around a lot in a too-big box. The last two times, the filler was insufficient, so again the cases moved, with lots of opportunity for denting. (the most recent time, 13 of 48 small cans were dented, none so badly that I had to throw them out).

I bought a special from GroupOn for Petflow. My order was delivered on time and in good order. Just started and set my schedule for every 8 weeks. Looking forward to see how well this works - saves me time and energy going to the Pet Store.

I have been very pleased with Petflow, but my only hesitation in giving a 5 star is because there were a couple of times when there was something missing from my order. That said, they always either refunded it or shipped the missing item immediately. For the last 3 or 4 times it has been great though. Keep the free shipping coming!

customer service excellent; order promptly shipped. this was our 1st order and we were sooo pleased UNTIL fed. ex.failed to deliver. tracking indicated that order should have been delivered on wed. 3/21/12. around 10pm we checked status of our order since food had not been received. fed ex. driver documented that order was delivered at 9:09P.M. and left at front door with no signature. no order was at front door and guard at entry gate stated that no fed ex. truck was in our gated community since she got on duty at 4:30pm that afternoon!!!!!! contacted fed ex who stated they would check with driver in the morning. driver stated that he left it at door and got no signature since no one was home!!!!! (we were both home all day!!!) fed ex stated that driver had 48 hrs to locate order;and if not found WE would have to file a claim. meanwhile;abby was now out of food; and we had to purchase a bag! contacted pet.flow 24 hrs ago of the problem; stated that theywould contact fed. ex. and if necessary ship us a bag free of charge and that they would file claim with fed.ex. still;awaiting delivery of abby's food; but through no fault of pet.flow. hopefully this is an isolated incident with fed. ex. delivery and hope they will deal with driver who told an untruth.

You guys it was a pleasure ordering from your site and receiving the delivery. I am figuring out my next order already. I have a question though, One of the cans of dog food (12 pack) arrived with the top popped open. Please advise how I can receive a credit for this. Thanks again.

I have ordered just once, price was fine, delivery was quick. I asked for scheduled automatic shipment and have every expectation that it will work fine, too--but I hold off that last star unti I've had a little more experience with this site, in particular the automatic shipment feature.

PetFlow is very easy. Just sign up, let them know when you want the food to ship and your done. Shows up on time at your front door! It is a very helpful service for a busy person with hungry pups!
