The products ordered arrive on time are correct. My concern is that the last 2 shipments have arrived in boxes that are falling apart. They are not strong enough to withstand the shipping.

I've tried to simplify my life by setting up recurring orders for items I purchase on a regular basis. This eliminates those last minute stress moments when you have to run to the pet store because you forgot to buy dog food over the weekend. At PetFlow there is a wide variety of food, treats and toys to pick from. I want to give my dogs the best pet food available and am able to find a variety of quality pet foods on the PetFlow Website. The only issue I had was determining how to revise my order. I simply needed to just remove the item I was getting and add the new item I wanted.

I appreciate your company and the variety of foods offered for pets...and as we live in the country, it makes it nice to be able to have pet food delivered to the door....my biggest "problem" is that your shipping boxes are so flimsy that FedEx always has to retape them before being able to deliver the box... Thanks!

I CAN'T FIGURE OUT A WAY TO CHANGE MY REGULAR SHIPMENTS ON THE WEBSITE AND NEVER THINK OF IT WHEN I CAN CALL, OR NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY CALL. ALSO, MONTHS AGO I REQUESTED A NEW PRODUCT FOR YOUR WEBSITE (YUMMY CHUMMIES) AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING ABOUT IT AND AS FAR AS I KNOW, STILL CAN'T GET IT. ADDRESSING THESE ISSUES JUST MIGHT MAKE YOU PERFECT.

Great service but they sometimes they run out of the food I order, They usually get it in pretty quickly, but I've had to find a replacement locally twice. When it does come in they do ship it quickly. I suggest you keep a couple weeks supply on hand and order early.

now, if I could just get the delivery guy to smile...........

The site is easy to use. You can easily make changes to future orders. The company has all variety of pet food and treats.

Got the two 30# bags of food very quickly, but they were placed in a huge box with no filler/packing material and one of the bags had busted open spilling food.
