Petflow has excellent prices and a great variety of items. Their customer service is exellent also. However it does take a bit longer than competitors to receive the ordered items and they shipped us the wrong item twice. They did pay for the returned shipping and made arrangements for the items to be picked up by FEDEX from our home. It was a warehouse mistake of restocking shelves and the listing of a discontinued item on their website. The did rectify both. We will definitely purchase from them again and we recommend them for your pet needs.

The quality if your products is what keeps me coming back. Also, you have a few things I have never seen anywhere else. I would purchase a lot more from Petflow if you had discounts or rewards for loyal customers. I spend A ton of money on my dogs. Most of it is spent at Chewy or Amazon

Punctual delivery and great prices after the initial 35% subscription discount. Got my kittens three months of Earthborn Holistic wet food and Worlds Best litter for much less than what I usually pay on Chewy! Also super nice customer service, I called twice and they picked up the phone quickly, with the rep being understanding and knowledgeable about the confusing address on my order confirmation. It turned out nothing was wrong on the actual shipping address, it just formatted strangely in the confirmation email swapping mailing and billing addresses. Would use again for litter and other supplies, though the earthborn food in particular is quite pricey on this site (this is why minus one star). But their customer service is A++!

Great to have what we desperately needed in this prescription dog food. Looked at several other places and this food was unavailable. Just took longer to get to us than other places we’ve ordered from

First of all, let me say that overall I am pleased with my shopping experience at PetFlow. I liked the enticement of the discount on my first five orders and the selection seems really good and, of course, the product that I ordered was great. The only problem that I have is with the shipping. It took six days for the item that I ordered to get to me. I live 45 miles south of Dayton, NJ where it was shipped from. After three days, the item inexplicably traveled from Trenton, NJ to Breinigsville, PA which is 100 miles northwest of my location. This makes zero sense to me. I am used to routinely receiving orders from Chewy in one to two days. If shipping improves on future orders, I will update my rating accordingly.

Takes a bit longer to receive my delivery with your company, unlike Chewy.com. I tend to run out of dry dog food and purchase a smaller bag to hold us over until the shipment arrives. And no, I don't want to do automatic shipping. Would like the deliveries a bit faster to arrive after ordering.

First time I shopped with Petflow. It was a great experience. The only downfall was they didn't have all the food in stock I needed for my dog.

Some of the cans were dented, otherwise great service.
